Following Up Their Latin Grammy Nomination, Mariachi Flor De Toloache Kick Off US Tour With The Arcs

Back from their extensive European tour in November and a Nomination for a Latin Grammy for "Best Ranchera Album" Mariachi Flor De Toloache, considered the only all female Mariachi ensamble in NYC, Kicks of their US Tour opening and performing with Black Keys singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach new project The Arcs.

The Arcs album "Yours Dreamily" in which Mariachi Flor De Toloache also contributed with Vocals & instrumentation was ranked at # 9 by Rolling Stone Top 50 albums of 2015.

"We got to New York City and we hired a mariachi band, thinking some old-timers were gonna show up, and all of a sudden, in walk eight mid-20s girls. It was an all-girl mariachi band...And they were just loud, very huge personalities. We put them on a track; they killed it. We decided to try them on another--same thing happened.
